Acceptance and nature of the service
Limoo AI is a tool for discovering prompts and requesting AI-generated content. Review the model, cost and output settings before placing an order. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and use of the service must comply with them.
Your account and access security
Account information must be accurate and belong to you. Do not share your password, sign-in codes or account access. Activity is attributed to an account based on available records and evidence. Report unauthorized access through the published contact channels. Misuse, fault and security incidents are assessed separately.
Responsibility for generated content
You are responsible for your prompts, reference images, permissions from people depicted and checking whether an output is lawful before using or publishing it. You are also responsible for commercial use, sharing and publication. AI output may be inaccurate, resemble other works or be unsuitable for your purpose. Displaying an output does not mean Limoo AI endorses its accuracy, originality or legality.
Prohibited uses
Unlawful content, sexual exploitation, particularly involving children, impersonation, deception, threats, defamation, privacy violations, non-consensual private imagery, copyright or trademark infringement and bypassing security restrictions are prohibited. Purchasing credits does not authorize prohibited use.
Third-party rights and content ownership
Upload only files and information you have the right to use. Using another person's face, name or work may require consent or permission. Rights in outputs depend on applicable law, third-party rights and model-provider terms. Limoo AI does not guarantee exclusivity, registrability or freedom from third-party claims. The admin name in the catalog does not by itself claim authorship or grant rights to third-party works.
Credits, costs and model providers
The cost is shown before confirming a request and depends on the model, output count and settings. Service credits are not a bank account or investment. External providers perform some processing; their limitations may affect timing, availability and outputs. Future price changes must not retroactively increase the cost of a confirmed order.
Liability and handling violations
To the extent permitted by law, Limoo AI is not responsible for unlawful user publication or use, reliance on unreviewed output or indirect losses resulting from such use. Access or related content may be restricted to investigate documented reports, comply with legal obligations or protect the service. This does not exclude liability attributable to Limoo AI's own fault, outstanding financial obligations or mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and disputes
The current version and update date are published here. Changes do not remove rights arising from previous orders. Raise disputes with supporting evidence through the published contact channels. The right to refer a matter to the competent legal authorities is preserved.
