Privacy policy

We process your mobile number and account information to manage access; purchase amounts, identifiers and transaction status for payments; and prompts, reference files, settings and outputs for content generation. Technical information, including request times, IP addresses and security events, may be recorded for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Information is used to authenticate you, carry out requests, maintain purchase and credit records, investigate errors and abuse, and respond to related enquiries. Upload other people's information only with the necessary authority and consent. Avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information.

The service uses hosting, cloud storage, model providers, sign-in services and a payment gateway. Data required for each service is sent to the relevant provider, and model processing may take place outside Iran. Providers' retention and use of inputs depend on their own contracts and policies. We do not give a general guarantee that every provider excludes inputs from training or deletes them immediately.

Session cookies are used for sign-in and maintaining account status. Access to records may be necessary to operate the service, investigate reports or meet legal obligations. Content you make public is visible to others; generating content alone does not authorize us to publish it on your behalf.

Retention depends on the data type, operational needs, dispute handling and legal obligations. Removal from backups may not happen at the same time as removal from active display. No system offers absolute security. Keep sign-in codes confidential. Deleting a file from your account does not necessarily delete required financial or security records.

After verifying your identity, you may request access, correction or deletion through the published contact channels. Requests are assessed against third-party rights, required legal records and technical limitations. Records subject to retention obligations are not deleted solely on request.
